About #TGM
Tallgirlsmatter was started in November 2017 when Keosha attended a Dove Awards event. She birthed Tallgirlsmatter that night while talking among a table of tall women about their challenges faced growing up TALL, where to shop for clothing and shoes, bullying, heels and dating tall.

In 2018, she had her first Tallgirlsmatter meet up at the LA All Star weekend at Porsche event where she mixed and mingled with tall beauties and celebrities. On her trip she created her first line of Tallgirlsmatter t-shirts.
​
From there she continued to expand and rebrand Tallgirlsmatter with a new collection known as TGM Collection. As a result, #TGM community includes multiple TALL brands, models, and creatives.
​
During the pandemic, she started her TGM Talk where she highlights brands, companies, and hosts events on Tall Tuesdays on Tallgirlsmatter IG LIVE.
In the spring 2021, she was recognized with an award for her work in the tall community called, We See You Sis by an organization called Gratitude for Black Girls. She was named a Women worth Watching.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

In a growing city full of transplants, Keosha Thomas is a unicorn - a rare native Nashvilian. She is the proud Founder/CEO of Tallgirlsmatter hailing from Nashville, TN and standing tall at 6 0.” In 2017, she launched Tallgirlsmatter to bring awareness to the often overlooked tall female demographic for women and girls at the height of 5’9” and above. The branding includes merchandise, empowerment and media content.
Driven by her desire to see more representation of women who stand at over 5'9" in all ages, sizes, body types and races, she founded the support group "Tall Girls Matter." The group is an internet sensation, connecting women all over the world who are on the journey to embracing their height and building a supportive community.
A self-described 'Jill of All Trades,' she leverages her keen acumen for marketing with her wealth of public relations experience that spans more than a decade. Ms. Thomas' attention to detail while maintaining a high level vision of an overall goal has opened doors for her to work with and establish long-term relationships with legends in the entertainment business who are simply recognized by a single name (Prince and Snoop, for starters) including Grammy award winning producers to celebrities with household names like Kim Kardashian, Kevin Hart and Kelly Rowland, to up-and-coming talent on the verge of making a name for themselves in the world of entertainment.
